How does the silent alarm work?
You set an alarm time on the band. When it goes off, the band vibrates on your wrist instead of playing a sound, so it wakes you without an alarm filling the room.
Will it wake me up?
It wakes you with vibration on your wrist, and people respond to vibration differently. If you're a very heavy sleeper, keep your usual alarm as a backup for the first few mornings until you know how you respond.
Can I use it without my phone?
Yes. You set the alarms on the band itself. No app or phone is needed.
How many alarms can I set?
Up to 3, so you can have separate times for workdays, the gym or naps.
Does it show the time?
Yes. Press the button to light up the LED display and see the time and date.
How does it charge?
By USB, with a Micro-USB connection. Give it a full charge before you use it the first time.
Is it comfortable to sleep with?
It has a soft silicone strap with an adjustable buckle, so you can set the fit before bed.
