Free US shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order to a US address, with no minimum. We don't ship outside the US yet.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of being placed. Most of our products ship from our fulfillment partners' international warehouses, and orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after the label is created.
Delays
Carrier, weather or customs delays occasionally happen. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll look into it and resend or refund if it's lost.
Address changes
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.
