Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your Snoozehaus order. If something isn't right, please contact us and we'll review your request and determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing your request, Snoozehaus may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution. We may request that the item be returned before issuing any resolution.

Changed your mind?

We may accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. All return requests must be submitted to us first and are subject to our approval. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or may not qualify for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined by Snoozehaus.

Items we can't take back

For hygiene reasons, opened or used earplugs and satin bonnets are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may contact us for review. Any refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution remains at the discretion of Snoozehaus.

Refunds

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Snoozehaus. If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to approval. At our discretion, we may recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for a different color, size, or variation. Return shipping costs may apply.
