How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days, and most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of being placed. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. More details are on our Shipping page.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.
Where do your products ship from?
We work with fulfillment partners, and most of our products ship from their international warehouses. That's how we keep prices low and shipping free, and it's also why delivery takes longer than next-day. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. For now we only ship to US addresses.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days. If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, with no need to send it back. The full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
How do I charge the Silent Alarm Band and Sleep Headphones?
Both charge by USB. Give them a full charge before you use them the first time.
Is the satin pillowcase real silk?
No. It's 100% polyester satin, which has a similar smooth feel, can go in the washing machine, and costs a lot less than silk.
Will the heatless curlers work on my hair?
They work best on medium to long hair. Results vary with hair texture, and slightly damp hair holds curls best.
